Each Mossari product is 3D printed in small batches using premium PETG, which means your order is crafted just for you.
- Production Time: 3-4 business days before shipping
- Shipping Time: Varies by location (see below)
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Options
Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options available at checkout
International:
- We currently ship to select countries
- Shipping times vary between 7–21 business days, depending on location
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
🌱 Sustainable Shipping
We use minimal, recyclable packaging and print products on demand to reduce waste. Your items are safely packed without unnecessary fillers or plastics.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please contact us at [support@mossari.com] or through our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
